Google connection is optional. Calendar lists and busy intervals help find openings; event names and times plus task titles and due dates show your day’s items. Processing happens on your iPhone, with direct requests to Google.
Full Access enables local availability and Google refreshes when you tap Refresh. You can also use the manual time picker without Full Access.
