A little help

Let’s find an opening.

For whenever.day help, privacy questions, or feedback, email danielthai6570@gmail.com. This is the same support address shown on our Google consent screen.

Connecting a Google account

Open calendar sources in the iPhone app and choose Connect Google Calendar or Add Google account. Approve the requested permissions. If your calendars already appear through iPhone Calendar, you may not need a separate Google connection.

Refreshing the keyboard

Open iPhone Settings → General → Keyboard → Keyboards → whenever.day and enable Allow Full Access. Then use Refresh in the keyboard. Without Full Access, you can still choose dates and times manually.

Disconnecting Google

In the app’s calendar sources, choose Disconnect beside your account. This revokes Google access and removes local connection data. If you see an error, retry when online. You can also remove whenever.day from your Google Account connections. Disconnect before uninstalling, because Keychain credentials can survive app removal.

Sending a useful report

Include your iPhone model, iOS version, app version and the steps that led to the issue. Do not include passwords, Google tokens or private calendar contents. If you share a screenshot, remove private details first.
