Terms of service

Last updated: September 7, 2026.

These terms cover the whenever.day iPhone app, keyboard and supporting website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Using whenever.day

whenever.day helps you calculate and share availability from calendars you authorize. Use it only with accounts and calendars you are entitled to access. You control calendar permissions and the text you choose to insert or send.

Check before you send

Availability is an estimate based on selected calendars, your settings, and the most recent successful refresh. Calendar changes, time zones, connection failures and other limitations can affect the result. Review times before sharing them. whenever.day does not book a meeting, reserve a time, or send messages on your behalf.

Google and Apple services

Google connections and Apple calendar access are optional and subject to their respective terms and permissions. Third-party services may change or become unavailable. Google authorization does not imply Google endorses whenever.day.
